The result as we see today is this project that stands proud as the first hospital in South East Asia to be accredited by the Joint Commission International, USA after mere two years of its opening. The well-equipped hospital was inaugurated by the Indian Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh. With an investment of 150 crores, a nine-floor state of art structure built on an area of 3,30,000 sq. ft and private rooms with five star facilities, the hospital surprises with its total and dedicated hospitality. The hospital gives a fresh clean look that is sans the normal phenol smell. Here the patients face the pain and agonies with a smile under the care of the staff and doctors. No attendants are allowed in the wards.
Executive Director Jagdeep Singh, shares the success story saying, Satguru ji send Uday Partap Singh to Bumulgrade Hospital in Bangkok to study the infrastructure and then we upgraded our hospital standard likewise. Today, we have the best of staff and consultants who are carefully chosen after a stringent selection process. Our ambulance service picks up patients on a dial at 1066 and the patients are brought to us where they are taken care off by our staff and us. There is no running around and unnecessary botheration to the attendants. The doctors diagnose and recommend medicines, which are provided by the in-house pharmacy department. While, no where in India is the pharmacy department audited, but at Apollo it happens on a regular basis.Each patient's right to privacy is respected, so the patients are known by a number and not by their names.

The hospital has a world-class eco-friendly environment. A government-approved agency takes care of the disposal waste, which is not left strewed around. Toilets are cleaned round the clock. It is the only hospital where water is tested and monitored regularly. The staff is inoculated for hepatitis B&C and chicken pox.
